Vak Bottyán Beach is the largest beach in Balatonkenese. Its stretch of shoreline is almost 300 metres long, and the beach area covers 1.8 hectares. Local history and the Reformed Church

Balatonkenese’s Tájház houses a local history collection. Right next door is the Iparosház, with an exhibition on the history of crafts. The present-day Reformed Church is considered Kenese’s oldest monument from the Árpád era and is associated with the year 1231. Inside, it has an organ made in 1911 by the Pécsi Angster József és Fia organ-building company; its opus number is 752. Regular worship is also part of local life: a service is held at the Reformed Church every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. History, a specific musical instrument and a recurring event thus come together in this place.
